Interior skim coat and Gib repairs.
The skim coat is trowel applied and finsihed with the trowel - no sanding is required with this finish. Only a skilled tradesman can get a finish with a hand trowel and not require it to be sanded.
The advantage of this is the application is done in one process of 1-2 hours from start to finish with no waiting for walls to dry to be then sanded and no dust masks required!!!
You also get what is classed as a hard plaster finish which is a step further on from a drywall finish.
The skim coat is classed as a level 5 finish however maybe there should be level above this for the guys who can get a finish with no sanding...
